upon installation of the screensaver software package:

Thank you for downloading from SexyFreeScreenSavers.Com. Your new High Quality screensaver includes more than 25 high-resolution images and are totally configurable. By downloading/installing this software you agree to and understand the following:

This program may be distributed freely, but only without change to the program's code (including bundled contents of this .exe).

When using this freeware screensaver you will find that the program runs cleanly - no ads are present in the configuration menus nor in the actual screensaver. Generally, I find that the Internet and programs downloaded from the Internet are more enjoyable when ads aren't all over your screen. This software is supported by a bundled toolbar program called the 'SFS Toolbar' which will install itself for Internet Explorer. I care about your Internet privacy, so here is some information regarding the SFS toolbar:

So far it is a pretty useful toolbar with some cool unique features, and it's being updated all the time (List of some of the features is shown below, and more at sexyfreescreensavers.com/toolbar/about.html). You will not need to update the toolbar yourself (though you can); rather it will contact sexyfreescreensavers.com every 48 hours, from your computer, to check for updates and download them silently if necessary (the toolbar will only be updated occasionally, so your computer won't be downloading much). Also, the toolbar has a feature that will allow you to search the domain of the page that you are currently on. This requires that the program identifies the site that you are on, and applies its URL into a search term. This means that the program will handle the URL code of the site that you were surfing, but only for a brief time and it will never send it anywhere else than to your browser address bar. There is no other personally identifiable information or information otherwise that the toolbar draws from your computer. If you do not find the toolbar useful, you can uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs in your contol panel or you can wait for more toolbar options to become available when updates are installed. The toolbar may also show certain ads occasionally that require it to contact the sexyfreescreensavers.com server or an affiliate server directly. Any information that may ever be collected through the toolbar will be kept completely confidential. The toolbar is NOT spyware or adware and can be removed through Add/Remove Programs.

-Screensaver shortcuts. Collect all the best screensavers the web has to offer, get constant updates whenever new screensavers are uploaded to SexyFreeScreenSavers.Com. New ones are being made all the time.
-System Tools. A Spyware remover, effective Popup blocker built-in to the toolbar + built in cache, history, cookie, temporary files and recycle bin cleaner.
-This is just a preliminary version of the toolbar - more interesting features are in planning.

The toolbar and screensaver may be uninstalled through Add/Remove Programs or the toolbar may be hidden through its main menu or the IE panel.
